STRESS INTERVIEW COMPETITION

Theme of the competition:

• To put a candidate under intense pressure, to assess how a candidate handles work overload, how they deal with multiple projects, and how good they are at handling workplace conflict.

Rules:

• Applicants should be from higher diploma/ Bachelor level

• Selected students will be interviewed individually (one by one) by a committee constituted by the department 

• The committee consists of two panel members

• Students will be asked stressful questions to test their patience and communication skills under a stressful situation.
